To strengthen the Technical and Product Development Department, we are looking for a Development Engineer Microtechnology / Fiber Optics.
Your main tasks
Your main task is the development of fiber optic components, from conception to series production readiness, in a cost- and time-efficient manner. In project teams, you are jointly responsible for new and further developments of products and their manufacturing equipment, carry out tests, ensure calculation bases, evaluate new technologies and processes, and support subsidiaries and representatives in specially demanding projects.
Your profile
For this interesting position we are looking for a qualified mechanical engineer ETH or HTL in microtechnology. Sound experience in a similar position in the field of opto-mechanical component development is an advantage. Good German and English language skills are essential (Italian is an advantage).
